All officially authorised service centres must meet a minimum set of criteria in terms of having well organised and clean premises, suitably equipped with the necessary equipment to carry out repairs to the standard and according to the procedures laid down by the manufacturer of the fuel injection equipment.
Apart from the basic Hartridge equipment, certain additional specialised repair and diagnostics equipment is necessary which is only supplied to authorised service centres. Special technical documentation and appropriate training is only provided to properly equipped and authorised service centres. Certain repair parts (for example for the latest Common Rail and EUI systems) are only supplied to officially authorised service centres.
To maintain the highest possible standards, authorised service centres are regularly checked and it is compulsory for all authorised service centres to undergo regular training. All authorised service centres must follow the manufacturer's technical documentation, test plans, test and repair procedures and use only original repair parts manufactured by Delphi (or Stanadyne as appropriate) on all repair work so that the customer receives a repaired product which meets the manufacturer's original standards.
The listed service centres have been officially certified as meeting the necessary standard for the level of service currently provided.
