Over the last few years there has been a huge growth in the sale of diesel powered vehicles in Western Europe - not least because of the superior performance of the latest highly sophisticated systems (such as Common Rail and EUI) which meet the most stringent emissions standards while giving excellent fuel economy - and it is expected that there will be a similar increase in the FSU in the next few years. This presents a special challenge to ensure that a suitably equipped network of authorised service centres is developed and extended to meet the ever increasing demand. The investment required in parts, equipment, premises and most importantly personnel is significant - but workshops will simply be unable to offer an acceptable level of service without such an investment. BTL is there to offer all of the necessary support to ensure that the return on this investment is achieved in the shortest possible time.
BTL distributes diesel spare parts through a network of wholesalers, dealers and retailers and does not deal directly with individuals. Any individual customers seeking particular parts should contact their nearest dealer or retailer with enquiries and orders. BTL's authorised Service Centres can also supply parts. Most parts are available ex stock for immediate delivery from its warehouse in Moscow or within 3 weeks from receipt of order. Urgent parts can be delivered within one week. BTL will be pleased to receive enquiries from any wholesalers in the regions who wish to order product regularly and in large volumes.
BTL is able to supply Hartridge equipment to all workshops - whether or not they are to become authorised service centres for any of the major Western fuel injection equipment manufacturers. Where finances are limited, Hartridge secondhand equipment which has been overhauled, can often be supplied at much lower prices and you will find details on this website. Much of this equipment is available ex stock for immediate delivery from warehouses in Russia and the UK. Hartridge equipment is universal in application and will handle all types of product, whether manufactured in Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, or by Bosch, Delphi, Denso, Stanadyne, Siemens VDO, Zexel. Having said that, it is worth noting that the major Common Rail manufacturers Delphi, Denso and Siemens VDO all insist on Hartridge equipment for the repair of their own Common Rail systems and Stanadyne too requires its authorised service dealers to use Hartridge equipment. It should also be pointed out that certain diagnostics equipment, repair equipment and parts (as well as technical documentation and training) are only available to approved and authorised workshops. BTL will advise any workshop on the standards and requirements to obtain certification as an approved service centre.
All BTL staff is Russian speaking and its team of specialists is ready to offer expert advice and assistance to customers across the automotive, mining and marine sectors and throughout the entire FSU. BTL looks forward to the continued successful development of its business and those of its partners in the rapidly expanding diesel market in the FSU.
